Working with Vocon from the conceptual stage, the final product is a design-forward, modern and inventive building that celebrates TruWest’s standing as a leader in providing managed services globally.
Architectural Features include:
Cantilevered third floor terrace roofs.
Three-story glass bays with the west elevation bay evolving into the main entrance to the building.
Exterior finishes of ACM paneling and crisp edged and faced, deep red Norman brick laid in running bond pattern.
Monumental staircase with 3-story mural of the Cleveland skyline that is visible at night.
Interior Features and Finishes:
Executive suite with private offices, conference room, bar, private restroom with shower, and sauna room.
Walkout terraces off of executive suites with 2’ x 2’ porcelain pavers installed flush to the 3rd floor finishes.
(21) Private offices and (10) conference rooms and fitness center.
Café with Fisher & Paykel appliances and guest bar and (2) coffee bars.
Premium light fixtures and floor finishes throughout.
Hand selected wallpaper and wall tile throughout.
