Bobby joined The Krueger Group in January 2019 as President, though his connection to the business runs much deeper. Having grown up immersed in the company’s work and culture, he developed an early appreciation for craftsmanship, hard work, and the values that continue to define TKG today.
After graduating from the University of Notre Dame in 2002, Bobby built his own path in real estate development as the founder of Mavrek Development in Chicago. There, he led a wide range of projects—from large-scale adaptive reuse developments to ground-up construction and complex renovations—while assembling and managing a substantial residential portfolio.
Today, as President of TKG, Bobby leads the firm’s strategic direction, operations, and team development. He remains focused on honoring the company’s legacy while continuing to evolve its capabilities, always with an emphasis on quality, transparency, and a people-first approach.
Bobby is driven by the process of bringing projects to life and takes pride in exceeding expectations through thoughtful planning, clear communication, and disciplined execution. With over two decades in the industry, he continues to bring both experience and curiosity to every project.
Outside of work, Bobby spends his time with his wife and three children, who are a constant source of energy and perspective. When he can, he enjoys a round of golf and remains a loyal Cleveland sports fan—along with his lifelong support for Notre Dame.
